No contracts. Cancel any time. You keep access through the end of your billing period.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal inside your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain full access through the end of your current paid period. No cancellation fees or penalties.

Refunds

Because EZAgent Tools delivers immediate value through AI-generated outputs, we generally do not prorate or refund unused time after cancellation. You keep access through the end of the paid billing period. Exceptions:

Within 7 days of your first charge with no outputs generated — full refund, no questions asked.
Technical issues or billing errors on our end — corrected immediately.
Duplicate charges — refunded immediately upon request.

Email [email protected] with your account email and what happened. We respond within 1 business day.

Subscription Changes

Upgrading from Starter ($7/mo) to Pro ($67/mo) takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
